If the Steelhands know everything there is to know about building different steel constructions on the ground such as stages, mix platforms, etc. (up to a maximum height of 2 meters), our Scaffolders are equipped with hammer, harness, safety line and helmet, they build and set up stages (no limits to the height).

We have a bunch of very good licensed and experienced drivers for boom lifts, forklifts or trucks.

They have the experience, they know and motivate their teams, they support projects to achieve the final goal.

The stage manager ensures that all the material requested (backline, rolling risers, etc) and crew are available. He/she checks that the stage is sufficiently equipped to meet the complexity of the festival or tries to guarantee that everything can run smoothly during the production time. And we have now experienced stage managers inhouse.

The role of a tour manager is one that includes a whole bunch of responsibilities. A lot of other people are also involved in a tour: musicians, tour crew, local crew, light and sound suppliers, recording companies, booking agents, security, organisers and technicians at the halls where you end up. The tour manager handles the co-ordination between all these different parties.

2 years ago, we started to train our people to learn specific technical devices, in close collaboration with big belgian sound & light suppliers. So we have now experienced followspot operators, riggers or light and sound technicians.

Under the hierarchical authority of the director or creator, the technical director prepares, organizes, coordinates and controls all the human and material resources necessary for the use, the creation and technical operation of places, shows, events and demonstrations of the private or public law structure.

The artistic producer manages all the requests coming from the artists in festivals or in concerts. Contracts, transports, facilities, hospitalities, runner, and so on.
